I am an agent. Seller was difficult to work with but Taylor Welle was wonderful and very efficient
Seller's family had given enormous assistance in helping seller get this house on the market but after listing Seller refused to talk to those family members who had helped her both physically and financially but again Taylor just knew what to say and how to say it and seller ended up being very cooperative.

Edina title has been great for our sellers, Eric Fisk and he assistance's keep us in the loop and answer our questions all hours of the day. Our last closing had lots of moving parts, And I emailed Eric who was on vacation at 5:30 in the morning and he responded in less than 10 minutes.
