Both Justin Paffrath (purchase agent) and Bob Schilz (selling agent) were present every step of the way for both selling and purchase closings to mitigate last minute questions and/or concerns. Our title agent Taylor Welle was extremely efficient and thorough throughout the closing paperwork process. The entire session was seamless.
