There were some complications with the seller's ex-husband and needing a quit claim deed so the closing was delayed. Natalie was amazing at getting everything figured out and coordinating to have Denelle cover our closing since she already had another closing for the time we rescheduled. The actual closing ran smoothly. Denelle explained everything to the buyers and got things signed efficiently. The buyers were thrilled to be closed and we all felt great about the support that we received from Edina Realty Title. Thank you, as always, for all that you do! I am so thankful to have you guys on my team!

Closing went so smoothly! We were definitely taken care of, and didn't need to worry about anything.
While closing was a nightmare it was due to the buyer's bank (Bank of America). Our realtor (Noel) and Escrow Closer (Ryan) were spectacular. There was nothing they could do about B of A's complete incompetence.
We have now bought and sold a home using Noel and Edina Realty. I cannot say enough about either. Our experiences have been spectacular. I won't even say all that Noel did for us because it was above and beyond due to our unusual circumstances. I don't think what he did should be considered normal expectations. All I will say is I will never use another agent if buying a home in the area.
