While closing was a nightmare it was due to the buyer's bank (Bank of America). Our realtor (Noel) and Escrow Closer (Ryan) were spectacular. There was nothing they could do about B of A's complete incompetence.
We have now bought and sold a home using Noel and Edina Realty. I cannot say enough about either. Our experiences have been spectacular. I won't even say all that Noel did for us because it was above and beyond due to our unusual circumstances. I don't think what he did should be considered normal expectations. All I will say is I will never use another agent if buying a home in the area.
