Closing went smoothly all documents were well presented and explained. Only difficulty was that payment wiring instructions that had been uploaded to the secure vault were not available at closing and required us to go home come back, present a voided check which was not useful , and then contact the investment company to get the correct wiring instructions. Cary, the Closer Assistant, caught an error in the final disbursement documents to our favior which was much appreciated.
