Closer, Ryan Horvath, and his associates used email communications very well to keep the information requirements and paperwork process moving along in a timely manner -- all in our era of minimal personal contact for COVID-19. Horvath was also very approachable to answer my questions on process and timing and clearly knew any nuances needed to keep the process rolling. I would certainly recommend Mr. Horvath as closer to others!

Ryan Horvath was clearly working incredibly hard to make sure we were staying as distant, safe and healthy as possible considering the pandemic crisis. He sterilized everything we needed to touch and answered questions while we signed all the necessary paperwork in our car. I'd be lying if I were to say that closing on a home in my car while living in fear of a viral pandemic didn't feel totally weird, but Ryan stood out in the cold with a mask on his face and explained everything as we went though the process. I really appreciate what he did to make sure we were able to close on our new home and am entirely satisfied with our experience.
With everything going on it was great! Other than my husband having 5 names he had to sing it went great! Lol
