Covid19 may have forced a minimalist closing, but I prefer that to the old kind. It took far less time, less gasoline, and needed no expensive rooms -- the sidewalk is free. I hope these savings and efficiencies can continue after Covid.

I think Edina Realty Title handles closings during this Covid 19 crisis very well. I appreciated being able to sign many documents in advance electronically. Allowing
Me to sign much less curbside. Ryan my closer was very organized and explained each document thoroughly.

Closer, Ryan Horvath, and his associates used email communications very well to keep the information requirements and paperwork process moving along in a timely manner -- all in our era of minimal personal contact for COVID-19. Horvath was also very approachable to answer my questions on process and timing and clearly knew any nuances needed to keep the process rolling. I would certainly recommend Mr. Horvath as closer to others!
