Quick and efficient
Efficient. Ryan was very knowledgeable and understand now why he earned recognition of being a better closer than Tricia (this is 100% meant in jest and only to reflect the certificate on the wall). That joke aside - Ryan was great, we had a question about racial covenance and he instantly requested a review from the VP (who was also very responsive).
As burdensome as a closing is, Ryan was an 11 (Spinal Tap).

Closer was excellent at closing time. The difficulty I suspect is COVID, or the CCP virus which played havoc with closing scheduling for date, time and location. Let's get back to normal as this virus is way too overplayed for the reigning politicians.

Ours was a bit unusual in that the HOA foreclosed a unit; but was not the first lienholder. The documents were prepared with care and detailed in a way that facilitated understsnding.
Her kindness and patience and openness to clarifying various of the required document entries was much appreciated.
Mr.Glendenning, our realtor, was superlative. He achieved a relationship with the credit union that fostered a positive result, including what was not anticipated--monies back to the HOA.
