Closer was excellent at closing time. The difficulty I suspect is COVID, or the CCP virus which played havoc with closing scheduling for date, time and location. Let's get back to normal as this virus is way too overplayed for the reigning politicians.

Ours was a bit unusual in that the HOA foreclosed a unit; but was not the first lienholder. The documents were prepared with care and detailed in a way that facilitated understsnding.

The only concern is that the final numbers were not ready far enough in advance to make sure the required cashier's check was made for an amount that was within a minimum about of discrepancy. While I was able to work through this, it could be a serious problem for potential buyers to manage at the last hour.
