Jess and the title team knocked this one out of the park! This was my first cash closing so it went extremely quick. However, Jess took care of an issue that arose and did not allow it to affect the overall transaction. The seller's title company sent ERT keys in the mail, unbeknownst to any of us. The garage key card got lost but it was found and all wrongs were righted. Thanks again for making me look good, I love working with Edina Realty Title!
