The closing was great! Jess delivered another slam dunk for my client. The buyer's were willing to close early and did everything they could to get that done. Jess not only matched that pace, she beat it! When I asked her if my seller could pre-sign documents, she just yawned and said, name the date and time and it will happen. After our sales meeting, I sat down with Jess and my client and watched her work her magic. We were all signed in under an hour and once the transaction was closed and funded a week later, my seller had his payout. Tinaiyah was on the ball from the get go and there were no issues at all. Thank you so much for making my first closed listing of the year such a smooth one. I am just so grateful that I get to work with such a team of professionals, cheers!
