I've had nothing but good experiences with the office staff hen ordering, the guys that fuel the tanks are friendly and personable and the technician that inspected the tanks was a wealth of knowledge in explaining my system and educating me in the use of propane.

Eastern propane was great to work with, my largest complaint was the length of time on hold. When I spoke with the representative she was empathic about us running out of propane, fortunately we only use it for cooking and a fireplace. Since we have automatic delivery she was able to arrange for a truck the following day and driver came in and lite the pilot in the fireplace and made sure the stove was working. I was pleasantly surprised that my bill was adjusted for the inconvenience. I did apply for a senior discount and am waiting to hear back.

I recently signed up with Superior plus as a new customer, and my experience has been positive so far. The online sign-up process is straight forward, which makes it very easy to pay the bill and customer service was very responsive when I had questions. They are even the cheapest for propane I found around.
