This was kind of a complicated propane delivery. Steep driveway in the winter. I had cleared it to the blacktop, but it can still be daunting. Hats off to Kim, Andrea, Cheyenne, and Melanie on the phones -- who helped us get this scheduled and then-rescheduled (I had come back from Michigan to this seasonal cottage in Lewis specifically to get the tanks filled). They were great (and I have a feeling that Walter down in Port Henry had a hand in this, too -- thank you). \Last, but certainly not least, Mike out of Plattsburgh), the delivery driver of the year, made it look easy on site, and was just such a great person to get to meet. Thank you all -- it is stories like this that make us a loyal Griffith/Superior family.
Price is right and very friendly staff be it the office ladies or service dept or drivers.

Griffith is a great company to buy propane through. great prices. Great service. I have no complaints except this past fuel season year the office has told me several times that my contract price was all set, yet I have consistently been initially charged a much higher price with each delivery. Each time, I have had to call the office to have the price corrected to my contract price, and told that the problem has been resolved, only to have the same thing happen again with each delivery. Also, my entire account history was deleted from the company website, so I have no access to my history. I hope that this problem is finally resolved in the office, but I won't be sure until my next delivery. Maybe it's a problem only with my account, but I have no way of knowing.
The girls in the office are superb!! They are great to deal with and always treat me like a valued customer.
The app is easy to use and allows me to order propane on my own time. I can always rely on the tank to be filled within a week.

Superior Plus Propane offers reasonable rates on propane. This is a VERY important factor for me! In addition, all representatives I have interacted with from speaking with the office personnel, to setting up new service, to talking with the delivery driver and gas line inspector....They are professional and helpful explaining information and answering my questions. As a new customer, I have already recommended Superior Plus to family members who live in the Southern Tier of NYS in hopes that they can do business with Superior Plus too!

We live far enough out of the city that our road is the last one plowed when we have snow. Our driveway often turns in the winter to a sheet of ice. I called to order propane when we were able to melt a lot of that snow and make the driveway passable. Superior delivered propane the very next working day so we don't have to worry the rest of the winter about staying warm. I'm sure our order got put in ahead of others in town but knowing they will work with us to get us propane when we need it is reassuring.
