Super great company. They helped me set up a delivery service for my propane usage now that I am older and finding it harder to load and unload and set up my 100 pound tanks by myself. They also started my account with a huge credit AND also give me a senior discount.
They just delivered yesterday. They keep track of my usage automatically. I don’t have to call them.
I am so so so pleased with this company. Many years ago my husband and I dealt with the other propane companies around Plattsburgh. They gave us nothing but trouble causing us to get our own tanks and have them filled ourselves.

Beside the fact that Griffith's product (propane) always works, all the personnel with whom I come into contact are helpful, courteous, kind and respectful.
The app is super easy to use, although I do miss the ability to see my tank level in the app. Also, I can count on Griffith to deliver within a few days of ordering.

We have no real complaints about your products or your services. I really do not think we shouldn’t have to pay $50 to renew a contract, that Part seems a little excessive. As far as the technology that’s hooked up to the tank where you can read our tank from there and make sure we never run out of fuel. That has always been good. I do, however, think that you could do a little better on price. each time that I’ve spoken with somebody from superior they have been helpful. They always are trying to do the best that they possibly can in the parameter set by the company. Maybe a Loyality program where people who have been with you for over lets say12 years could get a break on the price and again at every 5 years going forward.I have been buying your products and services for over 37 years. So say 15% starting at 12 years then and additional 7% every 5 years. That’s only about .14 cents just an example….Of course, it would have to make us feel like you really appreciated us your customers…Thank you for listening
