We have been a customer for about 24 years. Outstanding customer service and outstanding service for any maintenance needed. We just had a new furnace installed by your company and we were extremely happy with the guys that installed the furnace.
I like your "price lock in" approach, which I have used ever since you established it. I find any persons I talk to, from drivers to the accounts department and friendly and helpful. On the 2 occasions where I ran out of propane, (2 in 10 years is not bad), one call to the service folks and my situation was remedied immediately----same day. I also like the billing and payment arrangement I have which works well. I see you fine folks as customer oriented, and provide quality service that I am not sure I would get elsewhere.
