I've been very happy with all of your office staff that has helped me through my recent billing issues and for your service department on my leaking tanks. I've been a loyal customer of Burnwell gas for a long time but my recent issues with my delivery person leaving bleader valves open after tank fillings and not noticing regulator valves leaking has got me questioning his work ethics. I've always had great service with your company in the past but am wondering how focused this delivery man is on his customer routes. There is no way he could of not heard and smelled the last leak he left on my last delivery with the bleeder valve left open(I could smell it 50 ft. away). So greatfull for the quick response of the service tech who also could smell the leak 50 ft. away and honesty not trying to cover up the delivery mans screw up. Your company has always treated me fair and responded quickly with any concerns I might have in the past (thats why I'm a loyal customer of your buisness).

It is nice to talk to actual people and not some outsourced, out of touch person from a foreign land.
It is nice to get a "local" feel from superior although the company is really an outsider.
I like that the drivers and service people take extra care to do the job right and to make you feel at ease when they are on the property.
