I have been a customer since 2003, when I joined Burnwell Gas. At that time I was given the opportunity to purchase a gas water heater as part of the installation process. The heater still serves me well.
Through the years I have never had an interruption of service. Delivery has always been prompt.
Customer representatives are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. New App is helpful. Delivery driver is conscientious, courteous and performs safely.
