They monitor levels and deliver when needed. Our place is on a non maintained road so they are willing to fill late in the season before the road becomes impassable knowing it could be a few 3-4 months before the road is passable again or again if we have a break in the weather and the road becomes passable again.

I have a camp and do not go through a lot of propane. I chose not to be on autofill. The ease of ordering a delivery and the prompt delivery when I do call is great.
Great driver & delivery.
My son in law, Marc Schoone was a Vice President at Superior Plus (Griffith Energy). Sadly we lost both Marc and my husband two years ago within an hour of each other. Marc was in Philadelphia and my husband was at Strong Hospital in Rochester. Superior Plus has always been very good to us and when my sister-in-law moved to Hornell from Olympia Washington we told her to use Griffith Energy too. We have always been very satisfied with the service.
They have provided excellent service to us for years. Have never let us run out of propane. Customer service is excellent, have always answered any questions. Driver is professional, friendly, and always manages to get around our vehicles in the driveway.
