We are pleased with the service regarding our propane usage. After speaking with an associate at the Dansville office, it was determined we did not need a tank as large as we had. On May 1, a smaller tank was delivered and installed. The installer kept us informed regarding what he had to do, and he answered all of our questions.

Mindless. Propane delivered regularly. We have heat and hot water and the stove/oven always works. Life is peaceful because we never have to worry (or even think) about these things. Thank you!

All the staff members I have come in contact with are friendly, professional and do a great job providing service and responding to inquiries. I never have to worry about running low on fuel as it is always filled at regular times. The only change that I wish hadn’t occurred was when the home maintenance service contracts of the heating systems was eliminated. I have found an alternate source that is very good also but was always very satisfied with the service provided by your technicians.
Just started service. Eric came out for a service inspection and turn-up and was thorough, professional, courteous, and downright friendly. He contacted us when his morning appointment cancelled, and took care of us instead. It actually worked much better for us.

When it is time to renew and I call, your people are responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
Logan was a very nice guy and was very knowledgeable. He educated me on a few things and the overall tank start up process was great experience. Then within an hour of Logan leaving the delivery truck showed up and filled the new tank!
