how easy it was to contact and get help for my problem
We are pleased with the service regarding our propane usage. After speaking with an associate at the Dansville office, it was determined we did not need a tank as large as we had. On May 1, a smaller tank was delivered and installed. The installer kept us informed regarding what he had to do, and he answered all of our questions.
The service technician was great.
Good discount rate for propane when prepaying. The web site is easy to use & has complete information on balance of propane & and balance of prepayment.
