Since being with Griffith since 2006 I have seen the unusual occur. When a larger company takes over a business as Superior did it is unusual to see improvements occur which is exactly what has been my experience in dealing with them. From newer better equipment to employees that reflect their quality of service down to help when you need it on a weekend. Our newest driver Nate has gone above and beyond with catching needed maintenance on 1 of our 1000 gallon tanks and even having the time to stop and exchange pleasantries. I can unreservedly recommend their services with tanks, diesel and propane which we use in our property rental business. In addition and “most” importantly their pricing has consistently proven to be the lowest that I have heard of locally.

Jason Allen and Logan did a great job coordinating with my furnace installer to deliver and hook up the propane tank to my home and work shop. Enjoyed working with them and appreciate their support throughout this process.

We usually don't have to worry about our propane tanks being filled. However we don't really care for having to send the bill to Massachusetts. We send it in and then we keep getting emails and invoices in the mail stating that we haven't paid our bill. And then we get a late fee attached. That is the only thing that we don't like about Griffith Energy. It would be so much easier to be able to pay it at the local office. We know that everyone is working remotely from home,however why can't someone stop in once a week to pick up payments. You are already paying them. Thank you have a good day.

Efficient delivering
I like the idea of pre-buying the propane to get a lower price. Also, the automatic delivery is a nice service and I have never run out of propane. Whenever I call the office, everyone has been very helpful.
