Superior took the time and care to call me regarding a hardware problem with my propane tank, and then promptly repaired the problem, checked all lines, and restored my furnace and water heater to normal operation. They then followed up with a courtesy status call. All this was provided without charge.
Superior worked with me to properly adjust gas rates when it merged with my former gas company, which was billing me at a higher rate incorrectly. Superior also allows propane to be purchased in advance at a set price. Superior has always responded immediately to any request I have made, such as checking the functioning of my tank gas meter.

Reliable propane delivery; BEFORE it is too low!! Ease of payment. been a customer for 28 years, from before Gibb's gas sold out to Griffith. A gas leak from the outside take gage was fixed super prompt; got a credit for the gas that was lost a few years ago, too. I do not want to worry about having propane service, and the company does not want to worry about me paying for it. Fair enough. Please keep my name private. Thank you

The service techs that were there to install the 120 gallon tank were incredibly polite and respectful. There was a trainee on the team, first week on the job but he still did a great job.
The lead mechanic was extremely knowledgeable and even taught me something about the system and the settings he was looking for.

The service manager was very responsive to my request for a new regulator after my boiler servicing company suggested they be replaced. Eric, the service technician who came out, did a thorough review of my delivery system and was very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to answer my questions and explain the workings of the propane delivery and boiler system. While he could have easily just replaced the parts and left, he made sure I understood what he had done and why. I felt very confident that my delivery system was safe and in good working order. Before we moved from Virginia, my son lived here and was serviced by Superior and at times we had to help him out with his bill, I was always treated with the utmost respect and was always given professional service as I am given now
I like (1) the prepurchase option, and (2) not having to worry about when I need a delivery.
I have had 4 other propane companies. All of them went "south" on me with poor service and poor customer attitude. My problems have been over since I went with your company! All of the service people that have worked on this home have done an outstanding job. They really cared about what they did.
Your best service person of all is your driver Nate. He gave me his cell phone number so I can deal directly with him. He has taken a personnel interest in serving our estate.
