Before we moved from Virginia, my son lived here and was serviced by Superior and at times we had to help him out with his bill, I was always treated with the utmost respect and was always given professional service as I am given now

I have had 4 other propane companies. All of them went "south" on me with poor service and poor customer attitude. My problems have been over since I went with your company! All of the service people that have worked on this home have done an outstanding job. They really cared about what they did.
Your best service person of all is your driver Nate. He gave me his cell phone number so I can deal directly with him. He has taken a personnel interest in serving our estate. His communication skills are excellent as is his reliability. Always a pleasure to take to him and have him here. Nate is a GREAT credit to your company.
Product is product but the service is what makes a company! So far all the people I’ve met or talk to on phone have been great !! Seems almost like family keep up the good work!
