Kim Presley in the Bath Office was VERY helpful AND PROACTIVE. First she provided me via email the bill that never came in the mail/email. Next she fixed that issue for the future. THEN she offered to and emailed me the next bill because it wouldn't have been fixed online in time and I would've been calling back in a few weeks asking why didn't that come via email. She realized the timing issue and proactively sent it to me. I appreciate her looking out for me, thinking of this in advance, proactively emailing me which saved me time/frustration. I was referred to Superior Plus by a friend. I was impressed by how responsive Superior Plus was in filling my need of setting up and filling propane tanks on a rental property. All staff I interacted with, from the staff in the office to the staff that set up the tanks were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Propane fills have been in good time since you have put the monitor on tanks .The budget program has been a life saver with fuel costs going up so fast , being locked in. The office is always very helpful if there is a problem.
