Although your transponder battery failed on one of my 1000 gallon tanks causing no heat on a cold winter weekend in the FingerLakes due to it being empty, your Sunday team managed to fill me up and get things warm in under 6 hrs. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I appreciated the professionalism of the two associates who came and swapped over my tank and the removal of the old. They were very polite and courteous. Also for the individual who was promptly there the next morning to fill the new tank up so we did not run out of propane.
