I had been erroniously recharged a $91 refund. Young lady employee named Chris was able to recognize the error and that she would have it corrected. I called back yesterday and spoke, once again, to another awesome young woman named Sipreana. She checked out the error and said it had been taken care of. I only owed my monthly payment of $165. Awesome employees.
