Over the years [35] I have used your company Johnson and burnwell and what it is today always have had great service. In that time in the begining I had a problem with the regulator being defective, I worked second shift and got home it was 40 degrees in the house. I appreciated the professionalism of the two associates who came and swapped over my tank and the removal of the old. They were very polite and courteous. Also for the individual who was promptly there the next morning to fill the new tank up so we did not run out of propane.
