I can lock in the price per gallon before the season. The tank is monitored so that it can be filled before to low. The delivery person is smart, respectful and efficient. The person knows possible problems due to snow on the hill coming down off the main road to deliver and works around possible inclement weather.

My wife and I have always been very pleased with our relationship with Griffith Energy. Their customer service reps are always curious and knowledgeable, their prices are competitive and their response to our needs is timely. This winter, due to excessive cold and snow, we found ourselves near running out in mid February. Since our propane tank is 1,700 feet in from the road and our driveway declines on the way and inclines on the way out, we try not to get deliveries in winter when the driveway is snow covered as it is more difficult for the driver. Griffith worked with us to get a driver our before we ran out and their driver, Nate, was exceptional. We stood together at the entrance to our driveway bouncing off ideas and he walked the property with me to insure he had a workable spot to turn the truck around as he need to drive both in and out forward rather than back out. All went well and with his many years of experience he was calm and collected and managed to get the truck in, fill our tank and be off on his way! We recommend Griffith highly...

I am an automatic delivery customer, but hadn't gotten a delivery since Spring. The gauge on the tank read below 20, so I called Griffith. The person I talked to, I believe her name is Cynthia, was very reassuring and pleasant. I had to wait a long time for my chance to speak to a representative and Cynthia (?) made the wait worthwhile!
I did request notification before delivery so I could shovel a path to the tank, but I did not receive notification. I apologized to the driver for not having a path shoveled. He was pleasant, appreciated my concern, and completed the job efficiently and without complaint.
Even given the fact that we are in the middle of a deep freeze and major snow storm, the overworked customer service reps were patient, kind, and accommodating to send out service truck to refilled our tank.
They also explained my bill, admitted they were in error of overcharging me, and confirmed correct price.
I love them all for the hard work done in winter of 2026
