Helpful instructors - clean space - all very easy experience

I seriously thought I was “over” yoga until I came to Core Power. I look forward to every class at CPY and feel so wonderful afterwards. I love that the La Canada location has C1 classes - which even though I have been doing yoga for 30 years is a great class for really working ON each pose rather than THROUGH each pose (and I’m not ready for 96 degrees yet!!!)
I recommend C1 classes all of the time to people who aren’t ready for a really hot room. They’re amazing!!

Consistent class quality, convenient times, convenient location, love my C2 heated yoga and all my instructors!

I think Lauren was a fabulous teacher. I will be back on Thursday mornings for her class!

Gabriel comes to the studio an hour earlier to turn on the heat to get the studio hot enough for HPF! He’s an amazing teacher!

Classes were not too crowded (compared to some other locations which were packed to the brim). Instructor was good. Clean and beautiful space.

Yoga sculpt! I wish there were more yoga sculpt classes available

Convenient, nice facility, good instructor’s. My only complaint is that the window shades were left open in a class so the sun was shunning in my eyes. The floors under the weights and near windows was dusty and dirty.

I started yoga back in mid October i stopped and this March i barely came back.

I been wanting to tell you the hygiene in la cañada is not good the restrooms are dirty the floors, I see a lady here snd there cleaning but I am sorry you need to improve the cleanliness, also the mirrors are filthy, the floors in the studios are dusty.

Other than that instructors are amazing.

I would love to see an improvement in that area which is important now because there is more people taking clases.

The proximity to home, the fact that classes are rarely crowded. Most instructors are very personable and engaging.

It was my first time at this studio. I loved the space and I really enjoyed my hot yoga instructor, Tori! I don’t have a lot of yoga experience but she made me feel comfortable and it was easy to follow her guidance for the poses. I appreciated the way she gave reminders to bring our focus back to the breath and the intentions we set for the session. I will definitely be coming back!

The studio is clean and welcoming. The classes are dynamic, and the instructors are very friendly.

i liked the class. The teacher was nice. Very room was very hot, showers were great. No sink water though. but i’m coming back definitely. much better than hot 8
