Yoga Sculpt is a great class —what a work out! Katie R is terrific. Love the yoga, squats, push ups etc. Really feeling a positive impact on my fitness! La cañada studio is nice and airy and bright.

The instructors! Every teacher I’ve had has made me feel comfortable - offering variations for poses, reminding the class to go at their own pace, and creating an overall welcoming and understanding environment. Most recently I had Akane and Kailee, and both were amazing! Not only that but I feel challenged in my practice, I feel stronger and more confident each class I take.
I love the teachers who are so kind, welcoming and supportive and engaged. I love the sense of community and the great variety of times that classes are offered each day.

I went for an intensive TT session and audition. It was awesome all around! Super grateful for the management team, teachers and community there. Super cute location. I felt very welcomed and supported. And made new teacher friends! All around a great collaborative experience exemplifying what community should look like in our studios. I will definitely be back to take Dimples class! Thank you all!!
