I have been pleasantly surprised by the expertise of many of the teachers and enjoy my classes. I keep learning. I do find myself changing schedules quite a lot to respond to the ever-changing staffing, but that seems to be part of the CP model.

Amazing yoga class, great teacher, great environment, perfect temp control and lighting. An all around terrific experience!

I had a huge accident in which I was hospitalized for 7 weeks and suffered 3rd/4th degree burns over 40% of my body. I remember the day I cam home from the hospital, November 19th, I was going to home goods with my parents and saw CPY open in La Canada, I went in and I met Kelly. She gave me a great welcoming tour of the studio. At that stage I still had open wounds but told her as soon as I got my bandages off I could not wait to begin practicing. I began practicing in December and find so much support and positivity in this studio. The instructors are so kind and encouraging and make me feel so welcome all the time. This studio and practice have helped my recovery in endless amount of ways. I had been practicing yoga for 10 years but after my accident in my first class of CPY I could not bend my knees or childs pose as the grafts on my quads were so thick. Now I can do it! This yoga has given me my body back. I am grateful for all the kind people I encounter at this studio. #gratitude

Awesome C2 class with Molly (?) Room temperature is on point -- not too hot that I'll get a headache the next day. (I attended Hot8 and Sweat and they're a little too intense for me even if I drank 100 oz. of water the day before in preparation). The studio can get a little more cleaning, but I understand that they're hiring someone to do just that. The studio is close to home, there's ample parking, they have showers, they have a water dispenser, they rent out towels, mats and yogitoes.

Beautiful studio!

I've only taken 3 yoga classes, however I'm really enjoying them. I especially like the Yoga Sculpt class - it has everything I'm looking for in a workout including HIIT, light weights, and stretching, I also really enjoy Gabriela's teaching style.

I love the variety of classes, inspiring teachers and beautiful facility. Kellie is a fantastic manager who is always open for suggestions and feedback. Great addition to the La Canada community!

The classes are frequent and well structured. I like that they follow the same basic flow pattern.
