I like how the instructions take their time to teach a class and have so much passion when doing it. It keeps me engaged and I end the course with an open heart and relaxing body and soul.

The instructor: Bennett was wonderful. She provided clear instructions and as she saw that maybe some of us were not doing the poses / moves correctly…. So we don’t hurt ourselves and to have best form… she shows the moves clearly for us all to see.

The rooms were larger than expected, with high ceilings and the vibe was very breathable. The instructor was great, as I asked her about the class difficulty as a first timer at this location and she reassured me with tips and flexibility with following the moves she demonstrates. The entire area was clean and while the instructions were quite hard to hear with the loud music and no mic, I just looked around to follow those around me. Overall an amazing experience, loved the class itself despite the heat. Definitely my favorite regular and hot yoga experience this year.

CorePower is a community. When I walk into my morning or afternoon or evening class, I am met with familiar and friendly instructors and other classmates. It has become a home to me and I love flowing at CPY.

Sarah was such a great instructor! Super clear, motivating. Love the energy. Will be back!

The class was amazing!! The heat was high and the workout was challenging but the instructor was motivational. The bathrooms floors were a little dirty but overall the studio was clean.

The instructor, Debbie..My best friend took me for the first time to Debbie’s class and I enjoyed it every minute of it..I will say that she’s an adorable teacher. I heard that her class is always full and it shows that how good she is

My daughter is a uber fan of CorePower, especially the instructors in the La Canada location. I had the pleasure to join her for one of her favorite classes taught by Debbie. She was SO GOOD. Thank you for being a great place for my young daughter to attend regularly to get stronger and release all of her stress.

Only wish some of the class sizes can be capped or if we can get more sculpt classes bc some get extremely crowded where other people are dripping sweat on your mat..
