I came to look at bike helmets and one of your service guys came out to help me. I'm really sorry I don't know his name, but he was amazing. He helped me understand how to tell if the helmet fit properly and how to know if it was the right helmet for me. He helped to size it on me. He took time with me and I felt very comfortable with this helmet.
We left the store and I went home to try the one I had already purchased. Your Bontrager helmet was more comfortable so I came back and bought it!
Also, Justin Skinner spent time with my husband and I about the appropriate next mountain/hybrid bike for each of us. We appreciated that he understood the terrain we were talking about in Haliburton. He was a good salesman and has us really thinking.
Your staff are knowledgeable, friendly and take the time with customers. We are a biking family and we will be back.

The service at Evolution Cycles is excellent, from the person who sold me my Trek FX 3 to the person servicing my bike. The salesperson knew a lot about cycling and although he was what I would consider a professional cyclist he understood my level of biking, expertise and age and he took all that into consideration and he sold me a bike he knew I was going to enjoy. The service department really know the biking business & I am so confident when I discuss what I need done on my bike & I know it will get done right!!! The entire experience has been amazing & I would recommend Evolution Cycle without hesitation!!!
