The service team was very professional in servicing and repairing my bike. I had a full spring tune up. The brake cables needed and housing and other brake parts needed replacing. New fenders were installed. They showed me the fenders they would order. I was given a price for the work when I left my bike.
When all work was done I received a call that it was ready. The always said if I had any questions or concerns to please contact them.
I felt assured that my bike would be in good working order and safe to ride.
The owners and members or the service team are all bike riders and understand the importance of proper regular maintainance and repair to keep the rider safe.
I would not hesitate to take my bike there again.
I have bought different items from Evolution Cycles in the past and will continue to do so. I will recommend them to other cyclists for maintainance and repair. a very well run bike store and shop. Merchandise is also very good quality.
Wow the service was excellent and quick. I took my bicycle in to have a minor repair done and I had it back in an hour. My bicycle has been functioning perfectly ever since.
