Tim was very accommodating. He started the job as soon as I delivered the bike to the store and finished the repairs accurately and in good time. Tim reminded me that I had one more tuneup for the store to complete under warranty as I had purchased a bike during the summer of 2021. I really appreciate that.

I initially went into the store for a XC bike. I thought that's what would fit my riding style. But the staff asked some questions about what I usually like to ride and they recommended a trail bike instead. Great suggestions, so I went with a Trek Roscoe 7. Rode a couple of days and I'm getting used to the bike. But so far I'm extremely happy with it.
