I love the instructors at the Apple Valley, MN studio. They are the best and I have been to many of the other CPY studios in the Twin Cities. This one is the most welcoming.
I love Erin MH/G's C2 class. I'm struggling with finding another class to attend regularly though. Ideally I would do another C2 but I haven't found one that works in my schedule. I have wanted to go to a C2 or C1 on a Thursday or Friday at around 10 a.m. but one hasn't been offered. I've been switching between HPF and Sculpt on Fridays but there is just something about the C2s and C1s that feels great that I haven't had replicated in HPF or Sculpt (that doesn't mean they aren't good classes - just not what my body is typically needing)

I love CPY Apple Valley!!! The instructors are incredible, very clean studio! Simply the best place to get an amazing all body sculpt class and so much fun!

I like how the instructors can give you alternatives when doing an specific routine. Also your diverse team of instructors is a big plus. Finding the right place and feeling welcome and supported has been a great experience.
Convenient scheduling and location
Excellent instructor. The room was hotter than I had expected, but this was not a negative -- just different for me (I've done a bit of heated yoga before but not that hot). The chilled washcloth at the end was a beautiful touch.
Variety of classes and evening times. The more advanced C2 instructors.
