The instructors at Apple Valley are terrific. They are so friendly and make everyone feel known and welcome. The classes are so good and challenging. I’m so glad this is the closest studio to my home. It is by far my favorite.

Brand new to CorePower Yoga and I love it! I'm hooked! Today was my second visit and second class for Yoga Sculpt. I am excited to try all the different classes they have to offer.

Always mindful and spiritual. I’ve been to yoga classes at other gyms and studios where it feels like it’s just another workout class. Not CorePower. I feel both physically and emotionally restored after every class, no matter which CorePower studio I am at. Please keep doing everything you’re doing!

Karla the manager has completely changed the Apple valley location from a place that had very limited and difficult times to work out to a location that offers multiple classes multiple times a day with varying teachers. She has also brought in tons of new staff to support this ample schedule.

Right now, most of your sculpt teachers are FIRE! They hit various muscle groups, so things at a challenge but not too long that it is painful. And they stay to the beat of the music. I go to Kelly, Megan and Heather!
