I feel both physically and emotionally restored after every class, no matter which CorePower studio I am at. Please keep doing everything you’re doing!

Karla the manager has completely changed the Apple valley location from a place that had very limited and difficult times to work out to a location that offers multiple classes multiple times a day with varying teachers. She has also brought in tons of new staff to support this ample schedule.

Right now, most of your sculpt teachers are FIRE! They hit various muscle groups, so things at a challenge but not too long that it is painful. And they stay to the beat of the music. I go to Kelly, Megan and Heather!

Karla is a great instructor and great manager. She s the biggest reason why I attend. I have a membership at LifeTime Fitness as well but prefer Core Power yoga classes with the heat and humidity.

I love that finally we have a full schedule of different teachers and classes now for the first time in years. Lots of different options of classes and times everyday!
The studio is also clean! Bathrooms, studios and dressing areas are all clean.

The teachers are all fantastic and unique! They all have their own style. The teacher's are very friendly and make it a point to know you. Apple Valley is my new FAVORITE studio.
