Karla is a great instructor and great manager. She s the biggest reason why I attend. I have a membership at LifeTime Fitness as well but prefer Core Power yoga classes with the heat and humidity.

I have been attending core power since 2014.

I love that finally we have a full schedule of different teachers and classes now for the first time in years. Lots of different options of classes and times everyday!

The studio is also clean! Bathrooms, studios and dressing areas are all clean.

Love the studio Manager Karla. She has done an amazing job since taking over! Love the variety of classes and many offered times of classes. She really listens to what people want! So happy to see more of the old instructors back too! Love Laura’s C2, Victoria’s HPF and C2, Dan is amazing at hot yoga, Joe and Kelly with sculpt! Kudos to the whole staff at AV CorePower! Love them all!

My experience at core power has gotten so much better since Karla became manager, she has made the schedule so much more ample and brought in a enough staff to sustain a much better schedule then in the winter last year at this time.

What do you like about your CorePower Yoga experience?

I love CPY and the family feel. The instructors are great and fun! I wish it was more modern like its competitors. It has an "old" feel to it now.
