I love the heat and humidity. Classes are always "quiet" before the instructor commences and I love that. Never feel that I have to be perfect and can do modifications based on my desires. Great instructors.

to other studios. This studio was great. Large yoga studio, clean & friendly staff. I took a C2 from Amy she was so nice & lead a great class. I will definitely be back to the studio.

Love Laura's C2 class, she brings a great light and energy. Apple Valley's CorePower classes have been great to get back into after being away from yoga so long during the pandemic.

First time back in a year and a half. Thank you for the 3 free classes to get back in the swing of things. Thanks, too, for honoring my Black Tag membership cost even though I had to cancel it because my club shut down for a long time due to covid. . Class with Laura was great ! Feels so good to get back into it.
