I was visiting from out of town and wanted to do an early morning yoga prior to a wedding I was attending. Class was great and after I ended up buying some items during the apparel sale and they were so helpful with giving me advice on sizing, etc.

Angel was amazing. I am studying to become a core power instructor and I was inspired by her class. I Enjoyed her upbeat energy and music. I thought it was amazing that she used everyone’s names at different moments in the class as a motivator.

I will definitely join another class that she is instructing!
