I moved to Edina 5 years ago and am a devoted attendee of Valerie Varmo's CoreRestore classes. She drives my commitment to CorePower. She is a highly skilled, compassionate, fun, motivational instructor who truly understands what makes yoga so important. She has an admiring fan club for her Monday and Wednesday classes. In fact, when she is not teaching Wednesday, I go elsewhere.

I live in Del Mar, California 6 months of the year and 'plead' with you to add CoreRestore classes to that location. I occasionally drive to La Mesa, Hillcrest or North Park but most of the time I visit a competing Del Mar studio. For years I did many of your other classes, but Restore fits me best now.

Great staff... A little hot that afternoon. I would've liked to have a had a few more breaks integrated into the workout.

The classes are fun, challenging, and energizing. The instructors are nice and motivating in the workout. Plus the facility is very clean which I love.

Great classes & instructors

The teachers are so kind, accepting, and non judgmental. I love going to core power and try to at least 2 times a week. It is a great work out and I feel great after. They are well designed programs.

The studio is open and inviting and the instructors all strive to create an environment of conducive to the practice of yoga, no judgment, no competition. Within this environment, the best people are attracted to the studio, which enhances the experience. The studio is not just members, it is a community. I thoroughly enjoy the time I spend at the studio.
