It took me a while to make my way out of the cities and into a studio in the suburbs - wow! I love this studio. I have never felt intimidated, I LOVE the instructors here (shoutout to Bethany specifically, for always remembering everyone who takes her HPF class), the locker room isn't too tight, class sizes and offerings are just right (although, can we get more Hot Yoga?!), parking is never an issue... I just feel so calm and less anxious after my time spent here.

Loved it! Parking at this studio was much easier than at Minnetonka, Coach was much easier to understand, and class was well-explained. Loved it!
The teacher (Ann) spoke effortlessly and guided us through every posture. When I was gasping for breath during some of the poses. She spoke effortlessly through them… while doing the poses with us! Wonderful experience!

Fantastic instructor. Great sequence of movements. Challenging and fun. Good atmosphere. Overall a really great workout! Everyone needs to experience the physical and psychological rewards of this yoga sculpt class.
