I have been going to CorePower for 10 years, both in Minnesota and California. Now I only go to CorePower for Core Restore and Yin classes. I love restore and it has had an amazing impact on my body. I am like a 70 year old in a body that feels like it is 40!
Valerie is phenomenal. She is the “core” of yoga for so many of us. Jen is great at Yin too.

Absolutely one of the best CorePower locations. Great instructors, beautiful studio, great location.

Consistently pleased with every class at many different Twin. I ties locations. Always challenging and thoughtful. The shower, lockers, etc. all make Core Power a favorite. If it were less expensive, I would consider a membership upon moving to Minneapolis next summer.
