Large exercise room for Silver Sneakers with LOTS of fans to keep us cool! Way better than the Victory site. Their room is too small for the amount of people who come for the class. I had to stop going there because it got too hot for me.

The Y is always clean and has pretty good amenities . The staff are friendly just overall a great experience for our community .

Two wishes?
That instructors in the swimming pool area wouldn't blast their music as it makes swimming unenjoyable for others. I left the pool the last time an instructor blasted their music through the speakers.
Similarly, when weight lifters who are doing dead lifting in the weight area and slamming their barbells on the ground, it isn't inclusive or safe for others to be around (and I leave the gym when that happens).
If there could be some respectful reminders so that people are mindful of others using these spaces that'd be great. Thanks!
Just joining, every one at the Y has been helpful, friendly, and so caring!!
My wife and I joined to get and remain healthy in our senior years. She has been trying different exercise classes while I have enjoyed the indoor track and pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Hope to continue to meet new people and learn new things.
