Out of three YMCA I’ve been to the one in Heathville doesn’t have very good access for disability people. The one in Warsaw doesn’t have any equipment example set down stepper but the one in kilmonack Virginia has three they have easy access door that automatically open and close for those that are disabled
Friendly staff
I love the Y and how there is multiple options for all ages to participate and be active. The only thing I would suggest improving is the maintenance of the basketball courts/ gymnasium. While I understand the need to use it for multiple activities, without proper maintenance/cleaning after each activity, the hardwood floor becomes dangerous to play basketball in it. The accumulation of dirt and dust make the court impossible to play and likely to cause some injuries to the users. Maintaining it properly and cleaning it regularly, not only benefits the users but it is also the best way to keep it in the best shape possible for the long run. Thank you

I love that the facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The classes offered for fitness are fantastic and well received by everyone. I love that they provide so many options for children, such as camps, daily programs, the little daycare facility. All aspects of the Y are excellent! We’re lucky to have it in our community
Swim instructor Rhiannon (sorry if I misspelled) offered a great semi private lesson for my grandsons. They had fun learning to swim and looked forward to their lessons with her.
The location is very good; staff is friendly.
The staff were very engaged with our sons during each lesson and it was obvious how much they benefited from the class. We would absolutely sign up for lessons at this location again!

Been going 5 to 6 days a week for 4 years. Always have been pleasant people working there and coming there.
Equipment is always available and clean.
Overall its all good. The Locks that have been left on lockers for weeks one for years should be cut off.

There are a few things that like most about my Y experience - the friendships that I have formed, the friendly staff, and the challenging workouts!
Nice facility with variety of equipment.
The facility is lovely, and the instructors are wonderful. I especially like Jane Heighby's meditation class on Friday mornings, and Silver Sneakers with Vicki. Her classes are fun and provide a great workout!
The R.F. Wilkerson Family in Williamsburg is Awesome! Staff is very professional and super helpful. I highly recommend this establishment!

What's not to like! Everything we need or will need in the future. Beautiful facilities, well maintained and constantly improving. Very professionally managed, with great people to work with. Excellent equipment.
My daughter has been going for 5 years. She loves the facilities, the staff, the activities, making new friends. This year she learned a new game, Piles, and we already had to go buy it for home!
Great for handicap prople
Rhiannon is an amazing swim instructor, and I am truly blessed to have her. It has been a pleasure and a fun experience working with her so far, and I can't wait for my next swim lesson. She deserves a raise!

Suggestion: can you please put the device that allows you to open a door with your foot or the elbow handle on the locker room doors? With flu season coming and many elderly members we need away way to open the locker room door without spreading germs. Thanks!
