The instructor and aquatic director were very easy to work with. The instructor was patient and provided information in a way that was easy to understand and demonstrated more complicated concepts. As an adult student, she helped me break through old patterns and learn how to swim much more efficiently.
We love our ymca. The coach’s are amazing!
Coach Hope is very enthusiastic and dedicated. She cares deeply about her swimmers. She gives great individual feedback, but she also works hard to create a team environment and make sure the kids are having fun while they’re working hard. I also really like the front desk staff. There are two very friendly guys working Tuesday and Thursday evenings who are attentive and responsible. They aren’t just sitting at the desk. They interact with everyone who comes through the door which makes me feel safe in the building.
