Waiting for followup about shifting rail
So far our stairlift is very nice and runs very well. DelMario the man that installed the stairlift was so so good. He really should be told by your company of value he is to the company. So noligable about the stairlift. If there was a rating for him there wouldnt be one high enough because he is that good at what he does.

Sales associate Matt, took very good care of the whole process. He answered questions and followed through when necessary.
The only negative would have been that we scheduled an installation and made arrangements for people to be at my Mom's house with her for any questions,etc. The installation was cancelled and rescheduled by ArrowLift due to employee training, which meant our two people had to rearrange their schedules again.
Installation went smoothly. Mom is 84 and very short. The seat wasn't high enough and it could not be adjusted any further, so we bought compact pillows to attach to her seat.
The chair is doing what it was meant to do, which is to help her get out of the house safely.
so far so good, chair works fine and was easy to learn how to operate it.
