Everyone I talked to was very knowledgeable and the service was excellent. Starting from the initial visit , everything about the arrow lift was explained quickly with no pressure to sign up immediately which we appreciated. Installation was so fast, and the technician explained everything very thoroughly so we knew exactly how to use the chair. The Stair lift will enable us to stay longer in our 2 story home which is a relief. It was a great purchase!
