He was very expert with the installation and so patient and professional with the demonstration and lesson on how to use the stairlift.

I like your sales staff. I like the professionalism of your installers and your service staff. Throughout the purchase and installation process I felt the level of communication and planning assistance with the project were excellent. I have worked 43 years in the service business so I am
no stranger to what consumers want and expect. The only place I have felt that you may be able to improve your services is during the presentation of the service / maintenance contracts I did have a situation that arose out of my lack of understanding of the plan I purchased. When the plan was presented the choices seemed clear to me at first. One plan offered 2 annual check ups which included the trip charge and offered 20% discount on any future parts & labor when needed. The second choice was a more all inclusive plan that in addition to the checkups and adjustments also included all parts and labor. I opted for the first plan as it was explained to me that the check ups included adjustments and lubrication if needed. Recently the technician was here for my second check up/adjust call. I mentioned to him that the latch on the first floor door ( at the top ) was still catching when the door was being opened on that floor only. This issue had been addressed before during the warranty but still persisted. The technician said that he would look at it and if it was minor ( not requiring parts ) he would do what he could. When the service was done I was billed $84.00 for adjusting the door latch. I paid for the adjustment but felt that it is very confusing when Adjust and lubricate were presented as being contract covered with the check ups and then I was billed for this. There were no parts required and based on the time the technician was here it did not appear he exceeded the 1 1/2 to 2 hrs I was told he would be here. I would say that maybe this area would be worth taking a few extra minutes to clarify what kind of checking and adjusting is part of the check up. Thanks again for the great product and service. The lift is exactly what we expected

Our Stannah chair has served us well as it was first put in for my husband to be able to get to the basement and then when he later became bedbound and needed Caregivers, they now use it to access the basement to store his medical supplies and to do his laundry. It also helps me when I am carrying something upstairs.
