Everyone I talked to was very knowledgeable and the service was excellent. Starting from the initial visit , everything about the arrow lift was explained quickly with no pressure to sign up immediately which we appreciated. Installation was so fast, and the technician explained everything very thoroughly so we knew exactly how to use the chair. The Stair lift will enable us to stay longer in our 2 story home which is a relief. It was a great purchase!

The technician was great. My only is is I always have to call to set up my yearly service. They used to contact me. Not sure what is procedure.
Customer service is really great. They’ve been very responsive with questions regarding my chair. The product is very good, and I really like my chair, the only con I have is that the chair only had one(1) speed. There really should be a least a two notch up in speed. I’m only 78 years young, but need the chair just not so slow.
