The bike was a gift, and was easy to order - even taking all of the conditions of COVID into consideration. My questions were consistently answered without the feeling that I was being bothersome to those I spoke with. Once getting the bike, my daughter has commented on the smoothness of the ride. The ease in which the bike shifts gears and just the overall comfort of the ride.
