I’m 73 years old and ride everyday. Sometimes 3, 5, 8 or 10 miles. Whatever I have time for each day. Easy riding, some small hills and challenge myself with some of the roads grades that makes me pump hard and breathe heavy. Riding bike is relaxing and meditative. So glad my son introduced me to the sport and helped me shop for the perfect bike.
