I sent an email enquiring about the availability of a mid-range bike trainer. I received a reply within the hour. I was in the store by the end of the day and all my questions were answered. After my purchase, the gentleman who assisted me offered to assemble the unit for pickup the next day. When I returned to retrieve the trainer, another employee thoroughly explained how to set it up and shared some helpful advice for more efficient use. I have purchased a bike and had service done on it and my own, in the past, with great results. I am a big fan of Pocono Bike and today simply proved, once again, why.
