I recently moved to the area and wanted to get a spring tune-up for my bike. I called the shop and got straight forward pricing and estimate on service time involved. That same info was shared again when I dropped off the bike the next day. The service was completed within the time frame given, and the Technician was very helpful when I had a question or two when I picked it up. I took the bike for a short ride today, and it feels great - working like it should. Very pleased with Pocono Bike Co.

You guys are very fast and do a great job and in my opinion prices are very great!! I brought my 500.00 dollar Bicycle there in pretty bad shape and you guys fixed it up for me got it looking and riding brand new all for only 150.00!!! Now I’m ready for the summer!!

Great staff and timely service
The staff was very attentive and listened to what I was looking for. There was no pressure and no upsell, just trying to get customers into the right gear for them. I was given the opportunity to try several bikes and settle on what I was comfortable with. When I arrived for pick-up everything was ready for me (even the seat set at the correct height). They got me on the trails quickly and having a blast!!

Top line bikes
Just bought a Jamis Portal C4 from George . First higher end MB I’ve purchased. Took my first ride with it at WERP yesterday and loved the bike . Was prepped and adjusted for weight perfectly. George was great and answered all my questions without feeling any pressure to buy.
Danny was patient with my wife with her indecisions. We waited for about 30 minutes for him to prep my new Talon 2 Giant bike and my wife's Marlin 5 Trek. We were also getting a kick stand installed also. The bikes are perfect. Thank you Danny and Pocono Bike Co team.
