Great service, reasonable prices, very friendly and welcoming staff. Idk why but I was a bit nervous going in, but theres no judgement. Doesn't matter what kind of bike you have, if they can work on it, they will! Didn't try to upsell, me just recommended what I needed. In less than 2 weeks I've bought my bike in for a tune-up and my son's bike for a tune-up and derailleur alignment Have like 4 additional bikes that have been collecting rust outside. Will eventually bring them here so they can bring them back to life.

The guys at Pocono Bike Shop helped me to find thr right bike and helmet. They take their time, explaining and educating before you leave the store. They even suggest local riding trails. As an added bonus, I was greet3d by a lovely Aussie and a Cattle Dog. Dogs and bikes, what could be better!
please don't buy buy bikes from walmart. support local business. these guys know modern bikes.

I had my 8 year old trek bike tuned up and they had to replace some cables. Very fast turn around. I have always had issues with this bike shifting in spite of having it looked at several times. Shifts perfect now! Great job reasonable price
