I called in and made an appointment for Tuesday. I arrived Tuesday am and staff acknowledged that I had an appointment. I left my bike there and staff mentioned that the bike would be ready by the end of the day. Later in the day I received an email saying it was ready to go. Went to the shop and picked up my bike - It was fixed as requested and they even showed me the part that needed replacement. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
