The service is fast and very thorough. I've taken my bike to other shops like Bike Gallery or Ride on Again for service and they don't even ride it to make sure everything is working. But your shop always takes the extra steps to make sure things are in order.
Product wise I think you guys have a bit too much high end gear for bikes. Some of it is great like bags and outerwear but lights etc are all ways too high end for most people's needs. Just my opinion though, I don't shop for small things are your shop but I do get all my big things there.
sometimes there is a bottle neck at the service counter. I think you could resolve a lot of it by optimizing customer flow and using some kind of software for client management. the manually written work orders, while nice take too long. This is only an issue when things are busy but every minute counts in those scenarios. I've also been scheduled to drop off my bike but there is a line of people waiting for help and I don't really need to talk to anyone just to drop it off, but there is no prioritization in your flow, it's just first come first serve so I wait for like 10 minutes to say 5 words and drop the bike.
These are just minor things and they don't bother me personally. I only mention it because I've seen other customers getting frustrated by them, and I think it's a solvable issue.

Really personalized service and organized shop. No one is trying to sell you stuff for the sake of it. Employees are trying to help you out with your bike. This approach is refreshing and makes me want to go back if I have a question or need anything.
