Many activities and programs. But I also like that I can just come and walk the track and use equipment.
Everyone gets along and there is workout apparatus for everyone. Miles and Lexi are very helpful.

Me and my mother come for the water Aerobics classes to help with my mobility and I also use the childcare center when I have my 3 grandchildren with me especially in the summer months or when they have vacation time from school my mother says that you have awesome customer service and good tasting coffee ☕️ 😀 we are very loyal participants of the YMCA family 👍🏾
Certainly could have a few more aerobic exercise classes - that are NOT step BUT I love Fran's class on Mon and Wed.
Everyone in SO FRIENDLY at the desk in the morning that I look forward to seeing them.

It is easy to get into a program
I like it when I am able to access the equipment I need for a workout.
Everyone is always nice and my activity is the best part is tthe treadmill other than that keep up the good work.
They are very inclusive and open to kids & teens of all athletic abilities.
I mainly participate in the water exercises and like they are offered 5 days a week. Therefore I have the choice of the days I want to attend. Also when the pool was closed for cleaning I had the option of using the gym or other classes at no additional charge.
They are affordable

I like the friendly people you meet as you swipe your YMCA card. Every one is so friendly. If you need anything everyone is so very helpful!. I like the machine that exercises my legs and arms. I am great full to have found this wonderful YMCA location!
